If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and wherever possible in the original packaging.
Error in Printing:
If the design you have been sent is substantially different from your chosen item, the print quality is defected or other print problems occur such as an error in printing, contact us for a free replacement or a full refund.
Damaged in Transit:
- First Replacement:
If your item is damaged in transit please contact us immediately and we will send one replacement free of charge.
We do not expect you to return the damaged item, wherever possible send us a photograph of your damaged item.
- Additional Replacements:
In the unfortunate event the replacement also becomes damaged in replacement we can off you a partial refund for your item minus the additional Postage & Packaging fee, or alternatively we can send further replacements but the buyer is liable for additional P&P on all further attempts.
Returning Misprinted or Damaged Items:
We see no sense is spending money returning misprinted or damaged items. The buyer is always welcome to do so but at their own cost. We would much prefer wherever possible that the buyer emails us a photograph of the damaged or misprinted item to: firstname.lastname@example.org - once verified we can amend or replace your order.
